3003 3004 3005 Color coated aluminum coils for curtain walls and ceilings in the construction industry H14 H24

3003: The workhorse of pre-painted aluminum for architectural applications. Offers excellent corrosion resistance, formability, weldability, and moderate strength. Ideal for curtain walls, suspended ceilings, and interior decoration.

3004/3005: Slightly stronger than 3003 with excellent corrosion resistance. Used in applications requiring higher strength such as roofing systems or demanding curtain wall panels.

H14: Work-hardened to a half-hard state. Offers a balance of strength, rigidity, and flatness while maintaining formability for architectural applications. Provides a very flat coated surface.

H24: Similar to H14 but work-hardened after partial annealing. H14 and H24 have very similar properties in pre-painted aluminum applications, with H14 being more common.
