Aluminum Foil Production Process
Our manufacturing process begins with heating ingots to 400-500℃, followed by multiple passes of hot rolling to reduce thickness to approximately 3mm. The intermediate sheet then undergoes cold rolling at room temperature to achieve the target thickness of 6-12 micrometers. The cold-rolled foil is annealed at 350-450℃ to soften and eliminate internal stress, then cut into standard widths and inspected for performance and thickness accuracy. Finally, qualified foil is rewound, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
