PE polyester for general outdoor and interior use, PVDF fluorocarbon for 15-20 year facade performance, and FEVE for aggressive chemical environments. Coating thickness is controlled at 18-25 micron for PE and 23-28 micron for PVDF, in RAL colors, wood grain, marble grain and brushed finishes.

The coil width you choose drives the end use, so we match substrate, coating and slit width to the final panel profile:

• Roofing and wall cladding - trapezoidal, corrugated and standing seam profiles; 1000mm and 1250mm coils feed most standard roll formers, while 1500mm and 1600mm widths cover wide span facades with fewer seams.
• Sandwich and composite panels - 1200mm and 1250mm facing skins for PU, PIR and rock wool panels, plus coil for ACP where color match between face and back sheet is critical.
• Gutters, flashings and rainwater systems - 24 inch coil suits continuous gutter machines and portable roll formers used on site.
• Ceiling and interior systems - perforated, baffle and linear ceiling panels in PE coating with low gloss and scratch resistance.
• Roller shutters and awnings - narrow slit widths with high flexibility coating for repeated bending without cracking.
