Product Description
Mirror-finish aluminum sheets are high-quality reflective panels produced from premium 1xxx, 3xxx, and 5xxx series alloys, offering exceptional reflectivity and durability for diverse industrial applications.
Applications: Architectural elements (interior/exterior), lighting components (reflectors, decorative parts), solar thermal reflection systems, appliance facades, electronics housings, furniture surfaces, automotive trim, signage, luggage, and jewelry packaging.
The 1060 grade represents commercially pure aluminum alloy (minimum 99.60% aluminum), while 1070 alloy offers even higher purity (minimum 99.70%). The "H12" temper designation indicates a work-hardened, semi-hard state material.
1060 and 1070 mirror aluminum sheets are widely used as reflective surfaces in lighting fixtures including recessed lights, track lighting, and various indoor/outdoor luminaires. The optional protective film safeguards the mirror surface during handling and installation.
Quality Features: Electrochemically brightened surface with reflectivity exceeding 85%, non-corrosive properties, and exceptional durability with a lifespan exceeding 10 years under standard indoor conditions. High reflectivity can more than triple lamp lighting efficiency.
