Product Description:

 

AL/PET/EMAA Single Layer Self-Adhesive Cable Shielding Polyester Film Laminate is a material used for electromagnetic shielding in cables. The film combines aluminum (AL), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and ethylene methacrylate (EMAA) to provide excellent electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) protection.

 

1. AL: The film provides excellent electromagnetic interference shielding properties. Aluminum is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and an effective electrical conductor, making it ideal for EMI and RFI shielding.
2. PET: PET is a strong, durable, and flexible material that provides the necessary strength for the laminated film. It also has heat and chemical resistance, which is essential for protecting the cable's internal components from environmental stresses.
3. EMAA: EMAA is a specialized adhesive layer that bonds the AL and PET layers together. EMAA was chosen for its high bond strength, flexibility, and resistance to temperature fluctuations, which ensures the longevity of the shielding material.
