Product Description
Aluminum honeycomb panels feature top and bottom aluminum alloy plates with a thick, lightweight honeycomb core in between. The panels and core are bonded together using adhesives to form a rigid, integrated structure. Panel surfaces can be treated with fluorocarbon coating, roller coating, thermal transfer, wire drawing, or oxidation. These panels can also be bonded with fireproof panels, stone, and ceramic materials.
The top and bottom plates are primarily manufactured from high-quality 3003-H24 or 5052-H14 alloy aluminum plates, with thickness ranging from 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm.
The aluminum honeycomb core material consists of hexagonal honeycomb cores made from 3003 aluminum foil, with thicknesses from 0.02 to 0.06 mm. Standard aluminum honeycomb side length models include 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm.
Due to the thin, lightweight base plates and porous, low-density core material, combined with aluminum's inherent lightweight properties, the sandwich structure provides exceptional weight reduction. Aluminum honeycomb panels are widely used in building exterior wall decoration, furniture, and vehicle construction due to their light weight, high strength, and excellent rigidity.
