Each disc is separated by interleaving Kraft paper to prevent surface-to-surface contact and scratches. Discs are stacked flat in uniform layers and wrapped with moisture-resistant PE film. The entire stack is secured on a fumigated export-standard wooden pallet with steel strapping and edge protectors.

For small-diameter discs (100-300mm), discs are bundled in shrink-wrapped stacks of 50-200 pieces. For large-diameter discs (300-1200mm), each disc may be individually interleaved with foam spacer sheets. Custom crating available for air freight or high-value polished discs.
