Our aluminum circle discs are precision blanked from premium 1050, 1060, 1100 and 3003 alloy coils, covering 80-1600mm diameter and 0.3-6.5mm thickness. Supplied in both DC (Direct Chill hot rolled) and CC (Continuous Casting cold rolled) process options, these blanks are engineered for crack-free deep drawing, spinning and stamping in cookware production lines.
