This aluminum circle disc is produced from 1050, 1060, 1100 and 3003 alloy coils and is supplied in a controlled temper range, including soft temper (O) for deep drawing and half hard temper (H14) for structural rigidity. Every batch is rolled to a consistent thickness tolerance so that blanking, spinning and press forming run without re-setting the die.

- Soft temper (O): fully annealed discs deliver maximum elongation for deep drawn cookware, pots and pressure vessels without edge cracking.
- Half hard (H14): medium hardness discs hold shape and stiffness for lighting reflectors, road signs, lids and hardware components.
- Aluminum disc temper control: temper is verified per lot by tensile and elongation testing, so soft and half hard grades can be mixed in one shipment with traceable temper reports.
- Anodized quality: low impurity melt and uniform grain structure give a streak-free anodized layer with consistent dye pickup and colour match.
- Polished surface: mechanically polished discs are free of roll marks, scratches and inclusions, ready for mirror buffing or as-supplied bright work.
- Bright finish: a clean bright rolled finish on both faces supports decorative trim, nameplates and reflective lighting parts.

Soft temper circles are mainly used for cookware bodies, basins, pots and drawn shells. Half hard circles suit lighting housings, traffic sign blanks, reflectors, electrical enclosures and general stamping. Anodized quality and polished bright finish grades are preferred for cosmetic parts, nameplates and decorative panels.

Each coil is checked for chemical composition by spectrometer, and each finished lot is inspected for diameter, thickness, flatness and surface. Mill test certificates, temper reports and RoHS declarations are issued with every shipment. Third party inspection such as SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.
We build discs to your drawing rather than to a catalogue. Diameter can be cut from 100 mm to 1200 mm, thickness from 0.5 mm to 6.0 mm, and temper can be set to soft temper (O) for deep drawing or half hard (H14) for structural parts, with H24 and H18 available on request. Alloy grade is selectable across 1050, 1060, 1100 and 3003, and surface can be supplied as bright finish, polished, anodized quality or with protective PE film on one or both faces. Tooling for non-standard diameters, centre holes, notches and pre-pierced blanks is developed in house, and a first article sample is submitted for approval before mass production.

Our technical team supports temper and alloy selection against your forming process, and reviews drawing ratios, blank size and annealing steps before the first order. Each shipment carries mill test certificates, temper and elongation reports and RoHS declarations, and third party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged on request. Orders are traceable by heat number, and our engineers remain available after delivery for forming or anodizing troubleshooting, re-sampling and repeat-order scheduling so that soft temper and half hard discs stay consistent lot after lot.
