Mill Finish PPGI Color Coated Aluminum Circle Disc No Scratch 0.5-6mm for Cookware Deep Drawing

Our aluminum circle disc is blanked from CC and DC rolled coil in alloys 1050, 1060, 1100 and 3003, then deburred and packed for press shop use. Two finishes cover most projects: mill finish for customers who anodize, enamel or polish in house, and PPGI color coating for parts that ship ready to assemble. A PE protective film keeps the surface free of scratches, handling marks and oxidation stains until the disc reaches your drawing line.

• Mill Finish: uncoated, degreased and dried, uniform brightness, suitable for anodizing, enameling, polishing and spinning; thickness tolerance within +/- 0.02 mm.
• PPGI Color Coating: polyester (PE) or PVDF paint cured at 220-240 C on a continuous pre-painted coil line, 18-25 micron, RAL colors matched to your sample.
• No Scratch Handling: 50-80 micron PE film on both faces, with coated discs additionally protected by paper interleaving.

• Deep drawing grade: elongation above 30 percent in O temper, earring rate below 3 percent for pot and pan blanking.
• Diameter 100-1200 mm, thickness 0.5-6.0 mm, roundness within +/- 0.3 mm, burr below 0.05 mm.
• Coating passes 3T bend, impact and salt spray tests for cookware exteriors and outdoor sign faces.
• Food contact grade lacquer and RoHS compliant material available for kitchenware projects.

• Cookware: frying pans, sauce pots, pressure cookers, rice cooker inner pots, induction base discs.
• Signage: traffic sign blanks, road sign faces, advertising boards.
• Lighting and hardware: lamp shades, reflector housings, handles and deep drawn electrical parts.

Every order is built to your drawing, so the following items are quoted per project rather than sold as fixed stock sizes:

• Dimension: diameter 100-1200 mm, thickness 0.5-6.0 mm, diameter and thickness tolerance agreed on the drawing, center hole and edge profile on request.
• Alloy and temper: 1050, 1060, 1100 or 3003 in O, H14, H24, H26 or H28 to match the drawing depth of your pot or sign.
• Coating: PE or PVDF, 18-25 micron, gloss level and RAL or Pantone color matched to your sample; single side or double side coating.
• Surface treatment: mill finish, degreased, anodized-ready, or laminated with PE film carrying your logo and handling instructions.
• Edge and marking: deburred or rounded edge, laser marking or inkjet batch code on the film for traceability.
• Samples: 2-3 free discs per size for drawing trials, freight collected; custom coated samples in 7 working days.

Discs are stacked face to face, strapped into bundles of about 1 ton and loaded on fumigated seaworthy wooden pallets, so the finished surface is not touched again until unpacking:

• Inner protection: PE film on both faces, paper interleaving between coated discs, plastic corner protectors and VCI paper on request.
• Outer packing: plywood or fumigated solid wood pallet, 2-3 steel straps per bundle, waterproof wrapping for full container loads.
• Loading capacity: about 25 tons in a 20GP and 27 tons in a 40HQ, pallets sized to the container width to avoid shifting.
• Ports and lead time: Qingdao or Shanghai, 7-15 working days after deposit; EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms supported.
• Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, mill test certificate and inspection report before shipment.
