High Temperature 250°C Aluminum Foil Roll for Baking and Grilling
This heavy-duty aluminum foil roll is engineered with an 8011 / 1235 alloy body and a high-temperature annealing treatment, so it holds its shape and barrier performance in continuous service up to 250°C. It is built for bakeries, grill and BBQ accessory brands, oven liner suppliers and industrial insulation buyers who need a single foil that works as a baking foil, a grilling foil and a thermal insulation heat barrier at the same time.
1. High Temperature Resistance up to 250°C
- Stable mechanical strength from -40°C to +250°C, no embrittlement and no sagging on the baking tray
- Low oil and moisture transmission keeps food crisp and prevents grease from soaking the tray
- Clean release surface: no sticking to caramel, cheese or marinated meat, no scraping after baking
2. Thermal Insulation and Heat Barrier Performance
