Product Description:
Single Sided White Color Aluminum Polyester Laminating Air Duct Film Roll is made of a layer of AL and a layer of PET, with a white coating on one side and the original color of aluminum on the other side. Aluminum has barrier properties, while polyester has durability and flexibility. The white side is not only beautiful and neat but also reflects heat.
The combination of aluminum and polyester increases wear resistance, tear resistance and puncture resistance.
Manufacturing process:
Lamination: The aluminum foil and PET polyester layers are laminated together using adhesives or thermal processes, and then the laminated rolls are slit into specific widths according to customer requirements.
